• Course Duration: Students starting in July can study the language for a maximum of 1 year and 9 months. This period allows you to significantly improve your Japanese language proficiency and prepare for enrollment in the next level, such as a university or vocational college.
• Application Timeline: Since the process for Japanese Language Schools and visa issuance is lengthy, applications for the July intake begin quite early.
  • Application Start: Usually begins around August/September of the previous year.
  • Final Deadline (अन्तिम म्याद): Applications generally close by mid-March of the same year.
  • COE (Certificate of Eligibility) Process: After submitting the necessary documents to the school, the school applies to the Immigration Bureau for the COE (the certificate of eligibility to stay in Japan long-term) around the end of March.
